By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

All products sold are custom-made to order using images uploaded by the customer. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Because items are custom-made, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue.

Production times and shipping estimates are provided at checkout and may vary due to volume or carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier.

Customers confirm they have the legal right to use any images uploaded and grant us permission to reproduce them solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
